Using Twitter to Support the Learning Process

Twitter is getting lots of attention these days. While political battles and celebrity slap-downs are all the rage, Twitter still has a multitude of useful functionality. Recently, I reached out to my colleagues in the instructional trenches to see how they are using Twitter in their educational practices. The results were interesting.
